Wildlife Safari in your will for a specific amount, a percentage of
the total estate, or a residue of the estate. |
| Trusts |
A revocable living trust is a private, confidential legal arrangement
that controls the after-death distribution of selected assets covered
by the trust. An irrevocable variation known as a Charitable Remainder
Trust can provide lifetime income, attractive income and estate tax
advantages, and ultimately a significant charitable bequest. Oregon
Community Foundation (a non-profit state funded organization) has agreed
to assist you setting this up at no cost to you, your estate or Wildlife
Safari. |

Deed your residence to Wildlife Safari now, enjoy an immediate income
tax deduction, and continue to live at that residence for the rest of
your life. |

Donate a policy that is no longer needed for family protection or
establish a new policy with Wildlife Safari as the beneficiary and deduct
the annual premiums. |
