| What does basic set up include? |
Tables, chairs, and other equipment owned by Wildlife
Safari will be set up in the appropriate location at Wildlife Safari's
discretion.
Set up of any additional equipment (i.e. tables, chairs,
sound equipment) or special arrangement of Wildlife Safari's
facilities will be an additional charge of $30.00 per person
per hour.
Rental
charges will apply for items required that are not owned
by Wildlife Safari. |
| What does basic clean up include? |
Wildlife Safari staff will be available to perform general clean
up after an event. However, if there is damage, excessive waste,
or repairs needed, additional fees will apply. |
| Food and Beverage |
Wildlife Safari or an approved caterer can provide catering for
your event.
Food or beverage brought onto Wildlife Safari property
must have the approval of the Special Events Department prior
to the event. |
| Deposits |
Deposits are required in the amount of 50% of the total bill
no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. |
| Insurance |
Some events may require liability insurance. Check with the Special
Events Department to see if this applies. |
| Security |
Wildlife Safari provides (1) one security staff for the first
75 people. This security fee is included in your facility rental.
Additional security guards are required at a rate of $25.00 per
hour and will be assigned as needed. One required for every 75
guests. |
