Planned Giving Opportunities:
Nearly everyone can recount wonderful experiences from visits to Wildlife Safari. Since its transition to a non-profit corporation, Wildlife Safari has been very fortunate to have the enduring support of special friends who have made important contributions to the realization of Wildlife Safari's achievements. That tradition of giving started years ago and allows Wildlife Safari to continue providing family recreation and education to millions of people for generations to come, while also serving the vital cause of preserving our priceless wildlife heritage. By naming Wildlife Safari in your estate plans, you have the opportunity to carry this tradition forward and create a legacy that will ensure the brightest future for the park. Planned gift arrangements mean a great deal to Wildlife Safari for the many rare and endangered species the park strives to protect and for the opportunity to continue learning and teaching others about wildlife and conservation of these natural resources. Ways to Support Wildlife Safari: Bequests: Name Wildlife Safari in your will for a specific amount, a percentage of the total estate, or a residue of the estate. Trusts: A revocable living trust is a private, confidential legal arrangement that controls the after-death distribution of selected assets covered by the trust. An irrevocable variation known as a Charitable Remainder Trust can provide lifetime income, attractive income and estate tax advantages, and ultimately a significant charitable bequest. Oregon Community Foundation (a non-profit state funded organization) has agreed to assist you setting this up at no cost to you, your estate or Wildlife Safari. Life Estate Arrangements: Deed your residence to Wildlife
Safari now, enjoy an immediate income tax deduction, and continue to live
at that residence for the rest of your life.
Retirement Plans: Designate Wildlife Safari as beneficiary of a plan 401(k) or IRA. Any one or combination of these options will help Wildlife Safari continue
its mission of Conservation, Education, Research and the Rehabilitation
of Native Wildlife. Besides the knowledge that you have helped and
supported this great cause, please click below for additional benefits.
